With the rise of labour disputes involving public servants against the government and its institutions, majority of affected public servants are often left in predicament regarding their rights and reliefs. The Tanzanian Associate in collaboration with Africa Law Tech Association is proud to present an “Analysis of law and practice regarding labour disputes settlement for public servants in Tanzania” audience with Honorable Usekelege Nahshon Mpulla (Adv). The objective of the webinar session is to sensitize lawyers and non-lawyers on the practice of public servants’ disputes and to provoke and provide guidance on how to deal with such disputes.
