The practical aspect of employment disputes

The Tanzanian Associate is proud to present Practical aspects of employment disputes, a 3-day webinar series that focuses on employment laws as they relate to disputes in Tanzania.

The 3-part series will be facilitated by Usekelege Nahshon Mpulla Zonal officer in charge of the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (“CMA”) Dar Es Salaam Zone. Series 1 will focus on practical aspects of disciplinary procedures in the workplace, series 2 will be on the proper conduct of retrenchment procedures under the current labor laws in Tanzania and series 3 will be on practical aspects of arbitration procedure in the Commission for mediation and arbitration (“CMA”).

The format of the webinar will be by way of training by the facilitator, audience polls, Q&A, and a fun quiz. Participants can submit questions in advance or during the live session. P.s. This 3 part webinar series has been accredited by the Tanganyika Law Society (“TLS”), therefore Tanzanian Advocates who attend all series will be awarded 6 CLE points by TLS at the end of the session
